How to overcome pain and suffering in this life?

  • Pain and suffering are not punishments, they are sacred lessons, guiding the soul’s
evolution from the lower chakras toward the higher. Pain is inevitable in human life; it is
the body’s way of signaling change or healing. Suffering, however, is a creation of the
mind. The mind does not subtract or divide, it multiplies pain through worry, fear, and
resistance, turning it into prolonged suffering. To transcend this, we must first raise our
awareness and remember who we truly are, the eternal witness, not the body or the restless
mind. From this higher vantage, observe how your mind and body react to pain. Gently tell
the Ego to accept the reality of the present moment; acceptance dissolves resistance and
opens the space to respond with peace.
  • Begin with the body: provide it the care it needs, medical treatment, rest, nourishment, or
any healing remedies required. Then guide the mind: instead of letting it spiral into anxiety,
give it the task of seeking the lesson hidden in this experience. Even in the darkest situation,
let it search for the seed of growth.
  • While the body heals and the mind stays engaged in finding meaning, the Ego eventually
arrives at a decision, one that the soul can use to grow and rise to the next level of
    awareness.
  • In every moment, your mindset holds the power. You can choose to be a victim of
circumstance, or you can become the director of your own life’s story, transforming scenes
of pain into chapters of hope, healing, and wisdom. With every small step forward, you not
only mend the body and calm the mind, but also strengthen the soul, bringing it closer to
    its true light.
