What is Spiritual Awareness?
- Spiritual awareness is the deep recognition of one’s own inner consciousness, the silent
- witness beyond thought and form. It is the capacity to observe the movements of the ego,
- the mind, and the five senses without becoming enslaved by them. In this watchfulness, we
- align our actions not for personal gain, but for the greater good of all humanity.
What is the purpose of life and why are we on earth?
- Earth is a sacred school for the soul, a divine classroom where we learn, grow, and expand our awareness. The ultimate purpose is to awaken to the True Self and realize the timeless answer to the question, “Who am I?”
- The soul’s awareness may reside at any of the seven stages of evolution, reflected in the
journey through the seven chakras, each stage marked by its own desires and lessons:
- Mooladhara (Root) – Desire for survival, security, and basic needs.
- Svadishthana (Sacral) – Desire for pleasure, relationships, and creative
expression.
- Manipura (Solar Plexus) – Desire for power, control, and self-assertion.
- Anahata (Heart) – Desire for love, compassion, and service to others.
- Vishuddha (Throat) – Desire for truth, self-expression, and communication of
higher wisdom.
- Ajna (Third Eye) – Desire for clarity, intuition, and spiritual insight.
- Sahasrara (Crown) – Desire for union with the Divine and liberation from the
cycle of birth and death.
-
Through lifetimes, the soul ascends these stages, transforming lower desires into
higher virtues, until it dissolves into the bliss of universal consciousness. Earth offers the
perfect balance of material and spiritual opportunity, the place where this sacred ascent can
unfold.
